This is Richardson's Ocean Park in Hilo. We swam here 2 days, the water was a bit rough but there were an incredible variety of fish and some of the biggest turtles I have seen. One day, we were sitting back on the beach and a whole class of 30 university students came down for a "lab". They had special marking tablets that they could write on underwater. They swam all over for about an hour or two. Lucky bastards.
